Lessans Livery Yard and Riding Stables is a BHS Approved livery yard and equestrian centre, set in the beautiful countryside of County Down, Northern Ireland.
Conveniently located between Carryduff and Saintfield, just off the main Saintfield Road, Lessans is easily accessible from Belfast, Lisburn, Downpatrick, Carryduff, Comber, Ballynahinch and the surrounding areas, with the added convenience of being situated on a main bus route.

With almost 40 years of experience, Lessans has built an established reputation within the equestrian community. In recent years, we made the decision to close the riding school and focus on developing Lessans as a dedicated livery, training and competition venue.

Today, we provide a professional environment for owners and riders who wish to develop their skills and enjoy their horses, with all instruction taking place on clients’ own horses or ponies.

Lessans caters for riders of all levels and disciplines, offering a range of livery, training and equestrian services alongside extensive facilities for schooling, instruction and competition.
